Retro games hold a timeless appeal. They were so simple to play and they hold that nostalgic value where you get excited when you see a game.
They often had engaging storylines, art styles that you'd never forget and memorable soundtracks. Remember the Donkey Kong soundtrack, or Super Mario?
Newer generations will never know that a 'repair' was just blowing into the cartridge and it would work again!
